Each project begins with an on-site consultation and may be followed by a proposal for landscape design services. The proposal outlines the scope of the project and details specific elements to be included in the project with a sum for design services. Designs may be phased and plans can be forwarded to multiple contractors with detailed bidding instructions for competitive bids. Sylvia keeps listings of masons, landscape contractors and nurseries in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
